Is KYC required?

Yes. KYC approval is required before a dedicated number is assigned and before messaging or calling access is enabled.

Are refunds available?

No refunds are issued after activation and number assignment. See the Billing & Refund Policy for full terms.

What happens after 12 months?

Annual renewal is required to keep your dedicated number active for another 12-month term.

What happens if renewal fails?

A grace period applies. If payment is not resolved, outbound access may be disabled and the number may later be released.

Are usage credits included?

Plans use pay-as-you-go credits for SMS, MMS, and voice. Credits are consumed only when you use the service.

Is bulk SMS supported?

No. 80sPhone is for lawful, consent-based one-to-one communication. Bulk SMS, marketing campaigns, cold outreach, and purchased lists are prohibited.
