Before messaging is enabled, 80sPhone collects platform SMS consent using a separate checkbox with message frequency, rates, STOP, HELP, and non-condition-of-purchase disclosures.
The user completes KYC review. Number access and telecom use do not start until approval is completed.
After approval, the user receives a dedicated U.S. virtual number for a 12-month term.
Approved users can send lawful, consent-based messages and calls using their dedicated number. Marketing campaigns, bulk SMS, cold outreach, and purchased-list traffic are not allowed.
Platform-originated messages disclose STOP to opt out and HELP for help. The platform also enforces anti-spam rules and can restrict misuse.
