Why is my bill higher than my plan price, and how can I see the taxes?expand_more
Every purchase—whether it's a single line, a family plan, or Pay As You Go credit—is subject to regulatory sales taxes and surcharges. These vary depending on your billing address and are required by law.
How to see the exact tax amount: Select your desired Plan, proceed to Checkout, and click the "Calculate Taxes" button near the bottom of the page before finalizing your order.
When do autopay & plan renewal occur?expand_more
Your 80sphone plan is valid for 30 days. To keep things easy, Autopay handles the renewal for you on the 30th day of your plan, usually between 5 AM and 11 AM EST.
How can I change or cancel my 80sphone plan?expand_more
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time! Just log in to your account, go to Dashboard, and select "Change Plan." Your new plan starts immediately and replaces your old one.
I ran out of balance before the renewal date. What are my options?expand_more
You have three ways to get back online:
- Option 1: Purchase a Data Add-On (ADD1GB, ADD3GB, etc.) to keep your current billing date.
- Option 2: Add Pay As You Go Credit for flexible usage.
- Option 3: Renew your entire plan early to reset your 30-day cycle.
